project_windincap The project WIND IN CAP is organised by association ILEHANDI (Founded in 2004 with aims to promote and develop accessibility for people with disabilities in activities of discovery and recreational sailors.)

Wind In Cap, will be more than 1000 people with disabilities adults like children to embark on a Europe sailing tour adventure in 2010-2011.
